Is There Any Relationship Between Dengue And HIV ?

Hi Plz can u tell me that if I had dengue symptoms after infection,will I have hiv symptoms too?? I got a negative 4th generation hiv test result...Is it possible that my body makes dengue antibodies as I had symptoms but not hiv antibodies...I was well over window period

Hello,

There is no relation between dengue and HIV. Dengue is caused by the bite of an infected mosquito and HIV infection spreads through sexual intercourse between HIV negative and positive person. Presence of dengue antibodies means that you got an infection in the past.
