Is There Any Relation Between Lower Back Pain And Unclear Urine?
I am a 20 year old female. I have had cloudy urine for the past 3 months. I thought it was just something I ate or drank, but it has not gone away. It looks like there are lots of floaters on the surface of the water. I don t know if this is excess proteins or white blood cells or what? I have also had mild lower back pain on both sides recently that may be related to my kidneys. I have experienced dizziness as well. Should I see a doctor immediately? Is this serious?

As there is lower back pain with unclear urine, the issue can be from various possible clinical concerns as
- urinary tract infection
- gravels or calculus in the urinary system as ureter or bladder
- kidney infections as glomerulonephritis, glomerulopathy or else
It is strongly recommended to consult your primary care provider for the best guidelines in terms of lab tests and necessary antibiotics with supportive care. Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids till that time.
