Dear Doctor , I am 15. There was once a time when I masturbated/released sperms. I also wear glasses for my eye vision. But one negative thought entered in my mind and I cannot forget it- Did masturbation affected my eyes? So my question is, Is there any relation between eye vision and mastrubation? Some famous doctors say that it s not good for anybody.

It has no relation what so ever to your eye sight.
Dont think too much , just dont indulge and do it under limits. Try to involve yourself in some thing constructive.
