Have you undergone any investigations related to hormones ? Facial hair in females indicated a hormonal imbalnce, which has to be treated first.
Some females do have much hair, without any other medical condition, if that the case, you can go for cosmetic treatment. Please visit a cosemtic clinic/ surgeon in your city.
If there is a hormonal issue, u can consult a homeopathic physician.

excessive growth of hair on the chin and upper lip can be due to increased levels of testerone in thebody the condition is called as hirsutism..
check her endocrinal /hormonal condition..
and if that is the cause it can be treated by homeoapthic medicines for further grwoth of hair on othe parts of the body..
