My wife has the Bartholin Cyst, after undergoing marsupialization in St Johns Hospital, Banaglore, every 2 months is coming back again and again. Already 4 times it came back. Undergone leach therapy in Ayurvedic too. Can you tell be better solution and why its coming back. Is there any permanent cure for this.

The most likely cause of Bartholin cysts are due to the accumulation of fluid, most probably due to a skin flap or infection.
Treatment option start from sitz baths, surgical drainage and antibiotics till marsupialization. Marsupialization being the most effective.
