My father age 67 is patient of whole adomen was suggestive of hapatic SOL with retroperitoneal nodes , as advised br doctors for neogadine elixir syp (raptakos) doesn t suits him and feels breathing problems or a kind of suffocation , kindly advise any other substitute for the same

First you need to make a diagnosis of Liver SOL as there is some malignant disease like likelihood as lymph nodes are also there. Consult some surgeon.
