Is there any non surgical process to reduce hair fall and retain growth ?

I AM 28 YEARS OLD. I HAVE DEVELOPED HEREDITARY MALE PATTERN BALDNESS FROM BACKSIDE. THE RADIUS IS INCREASING BY 1 CM EVERY YEAR. THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT HAIR WILL NOT GROW AGAIN BUT IF I DO YOGA AND TAKE IRON TABLET THEN TILL THE AGE OF 40 I MAY PREVENT THE AREA TO SPREAD. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT I CAN DO TO MAKE SURE THAT THE BALD AREA DONT INCREASE TILL I CROSS 40
