Hi,

Post rotator cuff nerve injury is possible. The type is known by symptoms and neurological examination, power of muscles. You have post operative pain. It can be their while the healing and normal activity of joint resumes. Normality may take 3-6 months so it may not be nerve injury also. Still assessment of the cause by diagnosing/excluding nrerve involvement is important.

Please consult the operating surgeon by physical examination and needful investigations (electromyography, nerve conduction study or MRI as per need) he will define the cause and advise accordingly about medicines, physiotherapy and lifestyle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
