Is There Any Measures To Avoid Increase Of Eye Power?
Hello, my daughter is 13 years old now.Two years back she started having problems in the class so we went to our eye doctor and her power was - 2.75 in both eyes. The power is increasing and now her power is -3.00. Iam worried about this but the doctor says it will increase till she becomes 16 year old. Kindly advise as i want to know are their any measures to avoid the increase.She is also learning classical dance bharatnatyam. Does this affect the eyes?

This is normal process. the power will increase up to 25 years of her age. and then stabilize. At this point you have two option one is she can go for contact lens and second option is refractive surgery. i will recomand contact lens
