Is there any homeopathy treatment to fall asleep?

Hello: I would like to know what homeopathic treatment would help me to fall asleep. I am a married healthy, 53 year old female, through menopause , and I meditate and use relaxation techniques throughout my day as a classroom teacher. I go to bed, very sleepy, and then my mind starts examining my life, and then I am wide awake. When this happens, even my meditation and breathing exercises do not help. Caffeine and alcohol have been nearly eliminated completely, since falling asleep became a challenge. Thank you, Marie

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Munish Sood's  Response
1. because you have attained menopause, fluctuating hormone level could be one of the cause.
2. because sleeplessness is there, thus according to Ayurveda "Vaat" Dosha is pre dominant thus:
. avoid cold food stuff and cold drinks, instead prefer luke warm.
.slow down work pace and take more time to relax.
.avoid too sweet, salty and sour food.
.take high amount of Vitamin C (amla), which help increase immunity and remove build up toxin from the body.
.apply some oil or ghee on your soles before going to bed at night.

3)avoid vigorous exercise,arguments,watching tv,computer.before bedtime.
4)incorpororate some relaxation technique like deep breathing, meditation, yoga and tai chi in your daily routine.
