mostly backpain is due abnormal sitting posture or lack of excercise to back extensor muscles. i would like to know ur age and type of work u do i.e. sitting standing for long hours etc. do yogas, especially mayurasan, chakrasan, dhanurasan, if no other pathologic problem , u mostly will be relieved. 2. what do u mean by clear skin, pl specify ur problem, do u mean GORAPAN? 3. FOR good immunity have a balanced diet, dont use aluminum utensils for cooking, use iron instead, use bronze utensils for eating, drink more water during day less after evening.wake early sleep early.avoid stress
