Is there any diet or exercise where I can get control over my sleep ?

As long as I can remember I have slept more then most people but lately it has got even worse, and there has never been a reason for it. It s to the point I literally sleep about 15+ hours a day without choice, if I set an alarm i turn it off in my sleep. I have tried changing my diet or exercising more, any one got any solutions?

first of all u have to investgate,your thyroid function if ur tsh found increase above normal limit ,ur reason for more sleep is hypothyroidism,and this is common
