Is there any device to increase bone density in humans?

Hi, 71 year male, 5 6 , 105 lbs, -4.6 lumbar density, -3.2 hips. Have heard about electrical stimulation as effective in adding significant bone density in rat research ( Any advice as to effectiveness in humans, what kind of device, where do I buy one? Thanks

hi ,
i have read your problem .. why you are spending money on buying devices .. you should concentrate on your diet you should take balance diet including diets having more of calcium .. you can take calcium supplements with vitamin D combination . do regular yoga ..avoid alcohol , nicotine etc i will definitely say that you will be much eased with in a month ..
