Is There Any Decongestants That Do Not Have Phenylephrine?

Is there any decongestants that do not have phenylephrine in them? The phenylephrine doesn t seem to work for me. I am pretty much addicted to nasal spray. I am not a mouth breather and cant stand for my nose to be swollen shut. Do neti pots really work? Are they safe?

Hello.A nasal decongestant widely used is Budesonide nasal spray applied twice a day but only can be used for 15-20 days maximum and it is necessary medical prescription. If you need a decongestant for continuous use, physiological saline is the best option.
I wish you good health.
