Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Nosebleeds in children is usually due to drying of the nose due to allergy. But it would be best for him to get looked at by his Paediatrician. It could be high blood pressure in some cases especially if he has frequent headaches. He can do steam inhalation for now to wet the nasal mucosa preventing drying.
