Hi Im 31 years old and my right leg is suffering from Polio It is 80 non working condition I use a KAFO to walk Are there chances for its cure Hi, I m 31 years old and my right leg is suffering from Polio. It is 80% non-working condition. I use a KAFO to walk. Are there chances for its cure? Through operations or any other way? Can Doctors change non working nerves in the leg? There is no cure for polio.
Any surgery or procedure done are for correction of deformity.

i t can notnot be cured but can be corrected to some extent, for that you have to
seek orthopedic surgeons advise. He wiill guide how far surgery will haelp you.Thanks
