Is There Any Chances Of Pregnancy?

hello doctor, my question is that i have missed my periods on march 2014, and regularly getting periods every month on 15 and i went for sonography and in result of it, they mentioned that right ovary has maturing follicle of 15* 10 mm and other tiny follicle and left has multiple tiny follicles and endometrium thickness is 11mm and polycystic ovaries . can u tell me what does it means ?

Hello,

You have multiple immature follicles in the ovary and you are not ovulating properly. The chances of pregnancy are not there. Proper ovulation is needed for conception.
