Is There Any Chances Of Getting Pregnant After Stop Taking The Oral Contraceptive Pills?

Hi,
I am having ovarian cyst of 4cm from last 4months and taking oral contraceptive pills form 3 months, if i stop the pill and try for family is there a chance of getting pregnant. with 3months treatment of contraceptive pills is the cyst gone away.
