Good day!
It is a sperm weakening trouble not sperm absence one. Pregnancy is not impossible but difficult through natural means. You need a fertility consultant with some external aids like IVF etc.Also these semen analysis reports are not that reliable as it takes a lot of precautionary measures to get a complete assessment
