Is There Any Alternate Medicine To Zynicor ?

Sir, I have been prescribed Zynicor 10. But this medicine cause severe and unbearable headache to me. I checked and found that Zynicor is banned in USA. Is there an alternate to Zynicor?

Zunicor is a vasodilator drug used in angina pain.
Any type of this drug can cause headache due to vasodilatation effect on other arteries.
Consult your physician for a change or dose variation.
