Yellow discharge from skin indicates the presence of an infection. Garlic juice is not meant application on skin,,particularly face, where the skin is most delicate and sensitive.
Please avoid such 'remedies" or els you will end up with ugly scars. Infections are treatable ,but scars are not , they require surgical (like microdermabrasion) means. You can wait for sometime and try medications, if they do not work then the last resort is cosmetic treatment.

Now please visit a a ayurvedic/homeopathic physician who can diagnose and treat you accordingly.

Go for antibiotic course and some antihistaminie.
Apply triple action cream.
Clean face with plane water and apply cream.
if no improvement please consult dermatologist and come out of your experiment.

Dear Sweety
we generally donot recommend direct application of garlic juice. At present you need to have some internal medicine as mahamanjishtha arisht, gandhak rasayan and allerin. Along with this apply some mooisturiser
