I m 25 yrs married girl... M suffering frm thyroid n m unable to concive...have done all test its normal bt i hv met a gyno she said i hv to reduce fat to concive or i shud go fr ovarian drilling... I want to do skipping bt i hv heard its nt good fr married girls as it can harm uterus... Plz help
Hypothyroidism can be properly treated with thyroxine and you TSH has to be brought below 2.5 miu/ml for you to have a normal pregnancy.
For PCOD you have to reduce the weight. Aerobic exercise is the key to reduce the weight. Skipping is ok if you are not grossly over weight. I think first you should start with regular walking followed by jogging for 1/2 hour a day. Frequent small amounts of low calorie, high fibre diet is also recommended. Medications like metformin is useful in PCOD and will also help in reducing weight.
