Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You are probably having problems with conceiving due to 2 reasons

1. Hypothyroid
2. Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD)

Hypothyroidism can be properly treated with thyroxine and you TSH has to be brought below 2.5 miu/ml for you to have a normal pregnancy.

For PCOD you have to reduce the weight. Aerobic exercise is the key to reduce the weight. Skipping is ok if you are not grossly over weight. I think first you should start with regular walking followed by jogging for 1/2 hour a day. Frequent small amounts of low calorie, high fibre diet is also recommended. Medications like metformin is useful in PCOD and will also help in reducing weight.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
