Is There A Treatment For Blood Clots And Severe Pain During Period?
I am having large clots during my cycle. They range in size but the biggest ones are palm size. My pain is mostly before I start my period. Horrible pain in my legs into my bones. I'm worried. It seems like this is getting worse and started about 3-4 years ago.

yes, you can use simple analgesics like NSAIDS( non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs) to get rid of pains.
but the problem is ,getting a clot of palm size is not normal,just do an coagulation profile and get an gynecologist opinion as soon as possible.
