Hi,
I went through all the medications and the history. It is difficult to predict any drug interactions, but while prescribing in the elderly everything will be noted for.

Medications are important and needs to given regularly as there is a risk of rebound effects, like shooting of hypertension, or worsening of psychiatric conditions, etc.
Among the list given, there is not major life threatening interaction.
Any further queries, happy to help you again.
