Is There A Remedy For Lower Body Pain?

I had operation for cyst last 5 months ago. But now I'm feeling pain on my back waist and thigh. My doctor saying that its is okay. But I cannot do my daily job in my family. I cannot sit for a long time, cannot walk for a while. So what I can do now? Please suggest me.

It's jst muscular spasm causing stretching of nerve roots n compression. Vil suggest you for back physiotherapy exercises n short wave diathermy with supplementation of sm painkillers n muscle relaxants. As well apply ointments if need
