Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of chickenpox scars, my treatment advice is:
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a Placentrax gel twice daily on the affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin E supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are micro-needling, and laser treatment which can be done by a dermato-surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
