Is There A Possibility Of Damaging The Eye Muscles While Rotating Them For Exercises ?

hi, I ve had perfect alignment in my eyes all my life but recently I ve rotated my eyes and was doing some eye excerzies and when I rotated it I felt sharp pain, then I noticed my eye deviated inwards a little. However I don t see double, is it possible that the muscles were destroyed?

Doing simple exercises for the eye by looking at objects at different distances will not harm the muscles around the eye. If you still have the pain in the eye, contact an ophthalmologist as it could be due to other reasons.
