Yes. Absolutely, besides using supplements, getting regular exercise, and closelly monitoring your diet:
A friend of mine with life-long, dangerously high BP was a member of a clinic for such patients and had roiutine monitoring and meds prescribed.
He decided to go to an accupuncturist for treatments along with herbs and his BP became normal.
Some months later, he wnet back to the BP clinic, they examined him, and asked hiim why was he there. He said, I have high BP. They said, no you don't, so why are you here?
It definitely can be done.
HI well come to HCM.
Non medical treatment can be adviced only if the HBP is just border line it can not
work at all or should not try at all in moderate to severe HBP, Because you are never
sure of out come and how long it will take to give you benefit. YOu should try all non
medica measures along with medical treatment in mild to moderate case to get additional
help. things like salt restriction, avoiding fatty foods, exercier, Yoga, giving up vices etc
can provide you additional help. Thanks

I am a 46 years old male and my current BP levels are 150/110 despite being on CILACAR 5mg tab twice a day for last one month. I dont feel any effect of this high BP and even my BP reading in 2007/ 08 onwards showed 130/95. I am a healthy guy and non - smoke/non alcoholic and vegetarion. I do exercise for about 30 mins a day, play badminton twice a week over week ends. I dont feel any effect of this high BP in my body and latest medication of CILACar not helping to bring down to acceptable levels. Is it safe for me to consider my body has adjusted for the high BP level or suggest alternate medicine? Thanks in advance

I ve had Fibromyalgia for about 25 years now and am doing so bad it s scary. I ve changed my diet over the years and eat really well, vegetarian, no nightshades, all organics, well balanced. I meditate and do Yoga and started pool therapy but I become a wreck, even when I take it easy. My mind is going. Memory loss and confusion and balance is awful. About 4 years ago I had a fall and got Complex Regional Pain Syndrome to go with it. My chronic sinusitis has become unbearable with roaring in my ears and insane sinusitis. At 58, I m getting scared my mind days are numbered. Sincerely, R. Jane Gagner
