Is There A Cure For Allergy To Plants And Food Items?

Hi Doctor! My name is Martha in Botswana. I have a friend who has the worst case of allergies, she allergic to plants, all most every food item. She s also anemic, which makes its nutritionally challenging as she doesn't eat most products. I wanted to know if there is a cur for allergies.

ask her to undertake complete allergic blood test including food (veg and non veg) panel,dust panel.According to the results she can take precautions and there are certain immunoglobins which would help her.
