I have had a Mirena IUD for about two and a half years. I have two children. Since getting the Mirena I have had no problems. I have a period about 3 times a year and they are generally heavy one day and light for about 3 days before ending completely. I'm generally healthy and have no known medical problems other than RLS. In the last 3 or 4 weeks, I have started having several problems that I'm questioning. I have been having frequent headaches, irritability, frequent urination, and most recently very painful, crampy lower abdomenal pain. I have also noticed my belly has been swollen and my breasts have been swollen, painful, and hard. I also had two days of spotting that was darker than normal. I'm staying so tired I can barely function and have trouble staying awake during the day. Is there a chance I could be pregnant ?
