Is There A Chance Of Pregnancy Even After Having Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I had unprotected sex on September 25; my period wasn't due until this past Saturday (Oct 12) my period was a week early & wasn't normal. I am now experiencing nausea, lower back pain, fatigue, and a slight discharge. I took a test on the 13th & it came up negative. Could I be pregnant?

Above clinical symptoms are quite similar with implantation bleeding in case of very early pregnancy. Here, home pregnancy test is less significant to confirm.

I suggest you to undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to confirm the pregnancy and consult with gynecologist after that.
