Hi,
'Asymptomatic bacteriuria' is a term often used in pregnancy when there is presence of bacteria in a urinalysis, without presence of any specific symptoms of urinary infection. This is confirmed through presence of bacteria in a culture specimen. I would ask you to go for a culture test to rule out any specific infection and administer appropriate treatment. Your urinalysis suggests some infection at higher level. PIH is another factor that needs to be excluded in this context. Wish you good health.
