Is The Urine And Blood Test Normal?

Hi Doctor, i am 30 years old and my height is 5 feet 5 inches,my weight is 52 kgs. From last one week my urine color got changed to pale yellow, though i never had fever, appetite loss, loose motion or vomiting. I went for a urine and blood test. Result says bilirubin total- 2.1 m/g % and bilirubin direct- 0.9% mg,my SGPT- 2,120.0 u/l.Now kindly let me know is there something wrong?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Looking at the values, my opinion is as follows:
1. SGPT is severely increased, indicating liver damage.
2. Bilirubin is still rising and shortly it would also increase.
3. Further evaluation with ultrasound and biopsy is necessary to identify the cause.

You require further evaluation for hepatitis.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
