Is The Tear With Discharging Tissue, Black Spots Due To Surgery Bruising?
I had a robotic hysterectomy in 2008 after an adenocarcinoma was found in the lining of my uterus. The surgeon said he was not able to sew me up completely because he was not able to apply enough pressure. I didn t realize that sex would be so painful. It s like putting a size 12 foot into a size 5 sock. My problem is worse than this. I now have a tear or what looks more like a small hole (looks much bigger in my x10 magnifying mirror) with tissue coming out of it and black spots above it. I am not sure if this is bruising or if this is a new sign of cancer reoccuring.

Vaginal narrowing after hysterectomy is common problem with this situation which leads to difficulty in sexual activity. Forceful sexual act may lead to vaginal injury.This may be another reason for this leison apart from reappearance of cancer.You should consult your gynecologist for proper vaginal examination to find out the cause. Vaginal dilatation is the treatment of vaginal narrowing due to surgery which may help you in this situation if it is not reappearance of the cancer.
