Is The Swollen Abscess On My Labia Indicates Any Sexually Transmitting Disease?

I have a swollen place on my labia, near my clit, but not on my clit. It is blue in color and looks almost exactly like a vein, which leads me to believe that it either is a vein or is a gland of some type. It hurts only when it is brushed up against. Even touching it directly does not really hurt, only when it is brushed up against such as when I cross my legs or walk in such a way that it brushes against my jeans, or so on and so forth. My worry though is that it might be some kind of STD. I am not sexually active, however, I was raped some time ago. It was not a violent rape but a misunderstanding on consent, and it was perpetrated by my boyfriend at the time. We are still on good terms at this point, and I've talked to him about his sexual history, seeing as I have only ever been with him. He was with one other girl before me, but she had been to the gynecologist and tested for STDs before they were ever together. She had no STDs and hee was her first willing partner otherwise. He has not been tested, but, by this thought process of him only being with her, someone who was tested for STDs, and me, which I've never been with anyone but him. Do I have any worry in the situation about an STD based on what I've stated here?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You had not mentioned your age and how long you are having this swelling.

If it is present for months and not hurting, looks blue and almost like vein not likely to be STD.
Genital wart, will look like a tiny buds of a cauliflower, has to be ruled out
Otherwise it could be swelling arouse from a vein also and not related to STD.
It is better to be examined by a gynecologist or a dermatologist and come to any conclusion.
