your semen analysis report is normal.
your total count is normal (range should be between 20 -200million/ml)
and your motility - rapid linear -50 %( should be more than 50 %) anyway it is considered as normal.
i didn't find fructose level.
all other parameters are normal.
overall your semen report as per your quote is normal.
