As the quoted semen report seems to be normal.
as the count and volume is within the normal limit.
and the rapidly progressive should be 50% or more than 50% ideally should be there in normal semen analysis.
but 30 % rapid progressive is fair enough for a fertility concern.

morphology classification also normal.
