Is The Pregnancy Terminated After Taking The Mankind Unwanted Kit?
i am 23 years old. i am pregnent , took unwanted kit (mankind) on 4th sep. took first tablet (200mg) at morning and second tab at night after 12 hours. and 3rd is next 12 hours. heavy blood came, but after few hours bleedind sttoped. and today morning(8th sep) , result is positive. pregnancy terminated or not ? plz reply as soon as

It seems you have completely aborted after Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol. The very fact the bleeding started indicates that the process of abortion had started. Then the bleeding has stopped. Bleeding will stop only when the abortion is complete; incomplete abortion continues to bleed.
Urine pregnancy test done immediately after abortion is futile to confirm the completeness of abortion or the success of these medicines. These tests assess the raised levels of a pregnancy specific hormone hCG. After abortion is completed, it takes about 8-10 days for this hormone to drop its levels to undetectable levels. Hence these tests will confirm the completeness of abortion only 10 days after the abortion.
The best way to assess the completeness of abortion is to go for ultrasonography. If the uterus is empty, you have aborted completely. If some products of conception are seen in the uterine cavity, you will require evacuation of the uterine cavity by some surgical procedure.
