Is The Platelet Count Fluctuation Normal After Dengue Fever?

Gud pm sir i.would like to ask.if its.normal.to have a pltelet fluctuation during dengue fever,because his previous result is from 250 , 200 and 236 yesterday and wbc count is 3.68 and today is 288,his result for dengue.ns1 yesterday was also.positive And his wbc count today is 6.35.is it ok tnx..is it means.that the patient now is in recovery stage eventhough.thebresult of the.test ns1yesterday is positive

Platelets are the main blood cells that are effected by dengue. During the course of disease platelet count may vary but increase in the platelet count shows recovery.
