Is The Lower Abdomen Pain Is Due To The Usage Of Coke And Dispirins Used To Prevent Pregnancy?

Hi dr I have been experiencing severe pain on the lower part of my stomach. I have been using coke and disprins to prevent pregnancy once I have sex, what I want to know is that could these pain be caused by the usage of coke and disprins or maybe it something else. I would also wish to know if its safe for me to continue using it, won t it prevent me from getting a child in a long run. Thank you! If the any side effect I should know about please help..

First of all, the coke or disprins wont prevent pregnancy and all they would do is result in growth and/or develolmental abnormalities in the fetus.

Covaine is highly advised against and can result in various side effects including dependence. Please discontinue this and use contraception, I don not understand why you did not consider contraception as an option.

As for the abdominal cramps, this could be due to the cocaine abuse and so I would advise you to discontinue this at the earliest and consult a doctor to help deal with wothdrawal symptoms.
