Is The Left Arm Pain Due To Some Type Of Heart Attack?

Hi - I just vomited a small amount of food I finished eating. When I threw up, besides the chest strain one normally feels when vomiting, I also felt what I would describe as a muscle pain in my left arm bicep. Similarly to if I had done too much weight lift for this muscle. It lasted about about 30 seconds, then it left. Lately, I have gained a lot of weight due to excessive and unhealthy eating. The pain only last some seconds after I vomited, but it was the first time I ve ever felt that slight pain in my left arm muscle. Could this have been some type of heart attack? I do NOT feel any pain anywhere (i.e. chest, arm, etc.). Should I seek immediate attention?

HI
Well come to HCM
This can not be taken as granted, although chances of heart disease would be very less likely but this can not be taken lightly or neglected and better get done the EKG test this would ruled out the possibility of cardiac disease and clear the doubt, hope this information, helps, take care.
