Is The Large Brown Spot On Forehead Due To B12 Deficiency?

I am B12 Deficient, diagnosed recently, and am taking vitamin tablets to help bring up my levels. I have noticed that I have a large brown spot forming on my forehead- similar to an age spot. However, the brown spot covers much of my forehead. Is there a connection at all?

Brown spot is very likely related to Vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is related to nerves. Deficiency may lead to megaloblastic anaemia, and peripheral neuropathy leading to numbness in limbs.
