Is The Laparoscopic And Myomectomy Suggestible For The Bulky Uterus With Two Fibroids?

Uterus is bulky & shows two fibroids larger of size 3.5 x 3.3 cm with calcified rim in lower uterine body and another seen in fundo anterior wall measuring 3.9 x 2.8 cm. Endometrium is centrally placed and normal thickness (7 cm). Cervix is bulky and measures 3.6 cm.
My age is 34 years and I have 2 children both through cesarean section.
I am having heavy flow with blood clots during MC.
Kindly suggest for the treatment. Is this cured by medicine? or if required to operate which process is suitable?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think hysterectomy will be the best option in expert hand as you have previous two caesarian section. Fibroids can reccur after laparoscopic myomectomy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
