Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to:
1. Ectopic pregnancy
2. Threatened or missed abortion
3. Bleeding around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
Since the fetus is growing well inside the uterus, the ectopic pregnancy and missed abortion are ruled out. The fetus seems to grow well in uterus, however you need to get a repeat ultrasound done after2 weeks to confirm the fetal growth.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
