Is The Diet Suggested Below Advisable After An Angioplasty?

have done angioplasty last may 2013.i feel fresh and am ok.am using sun flower and mustard oil in limited qty. in vegetables everyday.i am also taking about 200ml cow milk daily after boiling for 15 minutes and taking out the fat as skimmed milk is not available in my city. would you kindly comment if the above is in order. thank you for your kind coop.

The diet you are taking is fair enough. You might add a more fibre to your diet by eating more fruits and raw vegetables. You can use extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil for higher HDL levels. Roasted flax seeds can also be added to salads or for garnishing.
