Is The Diagnosis Of Endometriosis Correct, Without Tests, When Suffering From Nausea, Severe Cramping And Mood Swings?

I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis and was put on Lo Loestrin FE, I'm on day 3 and feel very nauseous and the pain is still there from my appointment 3 days ago, plus now I have cramping wit pain constant,. Usually it comes and goes but it hasn't stopped. I feel off and depressed. Again only 3 days into the bc. They never did a laporscopy and only a ultrasound to verify no cysts. I had a tubal 10 yrs ago and been with the same partner for 6 yrs. I have had this pain for 5/6 years with he past yr getting the worse than ever.

HI there thanks for posting your query at HCM
SEE dear your doc definitely after assesing your history decided that you rae suffering from endometriosis .And the medication you are taking is that a combination of norethindrone (progestin) and ethnylestadiol combination with 4b inactive pill of iron . Since the cramping is getting worse please refer to the doctor and get some analgesics to get some relief. Plaese do not doubt your doctors diagnoisis .Any such prolonged history of crampy abdominal pain precludes the diagnosis towards endometriosis
take care
