Is The Change Of Foreskin Color To White Due To Yeast Or Fungal Infection?

Sir,,,, i have been masterbating vigorously regularly..using saliva or oil. Slowly the penis got black in colour and dry. Now that there are wounds on penis skin. Colour of the foreskin changed to white. I applied Candid-B, slowly the upper layer of skin of glans changed. The skin is thin now. I showed to Dr. He change the cream to Clotrimazole. I also have fungal infection in groin and the skin got black. my worry is whether its a yeart infection or fungal infection of groin? why the glans and its underside covered by foreskin changed to white in colour? Why the skin layer of skin is changing?

As going through your querry I found that your problem is concern with fungal infection.Don't worry about that apply the cream Dr. suggest you best ointment.
During fungal infection skin changes colour to white. So don't worry about that .
I advice you some :
1-Try to maintain complete 100% Hygiene of your genitalia area.
2-Stop masturbating vigorously tray to control your emotion and workhard for your better life and future.
3-Ask your Dr. for some medicine like antifungal which help in faster and curable treatment.
4-Avoid using oil or saliva it also cause of infection.
