This is my first baby. and my date of birth is 26.7.1983. my delivery date is august 20-2012. my placenta is posterior. Foetal weight is 381+56gms. Femoral length is 3.5.

Hi, with this report its not possible to comment about sex of baby. Sex determination of baby is illegal in India. For sex determination foetal genitalia is seen not these findings.
