Is The Antibiotics Course Enough To Cure Helicobacter?

I am a 37 year old female, 152cms tall & weigh about 57kgs. Have been diagnosed with Heliobactor through a breath test and have been on antibiotics for 4 days (antibiotics are 7 day pack). I have been feeling sick for about 5 weeks (sore tummy & indigestion).I still feel like I have a hungry/gnawing feeling even after I eat & have a feeling of something stuck in my chest & throat. Is this course of antibiotics enough to kill the bug? When do I start to feel better? Should I see a specialist?

* Usually recommended therapy is of 2 weeks for the antibiotics ,
followed by the ulcer healing molecules as PPI for next 4 - 6
