Is The Anal Sphincter Muscle A Voluntary Muscle ?

when a person bends and looks at his external anal sphincter , without parting his buttocks .. is the external anal sphincter supposed to be as tight as it could ever be? or it is ok if it is a little bit loose. ? but when u want (at will)u can tighten it. it is a voluntary muscle right? which means u make tight?

     you can tight you anal sphincter at will for few seconds only . little bit looseness of anal sphincter while bending is normal.but is practically not possible to see ones anal sphincter.anal sphincter contains involuntary muscles.
